Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) Scholarship is a Popular Scholarship Program for International students to Study in Qatar on a Fully Funded Scholarship. Applications are open to apply for the Hamad Bin Khalifa University Scholarship 2025. It offers Fully FundedBachelors, Masters, PhD, and Law degree programs. The Scholarship is open to Qatari students and International students from all over the world. The exact number of scholarships varies from year to year. To be eligible for the HBKU Scholarship students must first get an admission offer to a graduate program at the university. Once admitted further information on HBKU Scholarship will be discussed with the applicants. 

The Hamad Bin Khalifa offers Fully funded scholarships to all international students coming from outside Qatar. The scholarship typically covers:

• Monthly Stipend for (BS)
• Monthly Stipend for (MS)
• Monthly stipend for (PhD)
• Accommodation Coverage
• Tuition Fee Covered
• Return Ticket/Year
• Married students are provided with family housing.

Eligibility Criteria

• The HBKU scholarship is open to all countries.
• Each degree program has its requirements and conditions. So make sure to read the academic and admission requirements of each program.
• Good Academic Records Needed.
• If you have IELTS you can submit your test score.
• The British Council has introduced a New scheme IELTS One Skill Retake in which you can re-appear in a single module to improve your score without taking the full test.
