Project management provides organizations (and individuals) with languages and frameworks for project scope, sequencing, resource utilization, and risk minimization. This is an introductory course on the key concepts of project planning and implementation.
We will identify the factors that lead to project success and learn how to plan, analyze and manage projects. Learners will be exposed to advanced methodologies and considering the challenges of different types of projects.
