About This Course
Projects are all around us. Almost every organization executes projects formally or informally. We work on projects at home and at work. Across configurations, planning principles and execution methods can provide ways in which projects can be executed more effectively and efficiently.
Project management provides organizations (and individuals) with languages and frameworks for project scope, sequencing, resource utilization, and risk minimization. This is an introductory course on the key concepts of project planning and implementation.
We will identify the factors that lead to project success and learn how to plan, analyze and manage projects. Learners will be exposed to advanced methodologies and considering the challenges of different types of projects.
