I don’t work with IDs either, but I’ve had the same kind of “why am I still doing this manually?” moments with school stuff and paperwork. Once I started using a couple of basic tools to scan and organize things, it freed up way more time than I expected. It even made it easier to stay on top of my classes and look for stuff like help with nursing assignments without feeling completely overwhelmed. Tech like this doesn’t have to be perfect to be useful even just cutting the boring parts in half makes a big difference.
